SKA Brewing is already known as one of the top breweries in the Southwest with its unique and delicious selection of beer. In fact, their flagship beer is an American-style India Pale Ale, the Modus Hoperandi, which is the perfect blend of pine and citrus that is enough to send your taste buds to a dance party.
Now, they are releasing a new IPA called the “Checkered Future” India Pale Ale, which is a new age IPA that uses modern techniques and varieties with old-school hops.
February 15<sup>th</sup> marks the release party for the brand new beer and SKA Brewing is planning to throw down with a party at their restaurant and brewery.
In fact, if you buy one of the new “Checkered Future” IPAs, you will gain an entry to win a custom-made SKA/Venture snowboard! Each time you purchase the new draught beer, you will be entered to win this beautiful new snowboard. Even if you decide to stop by for a single drink and leave, you might still win as you do not have to be present when they announce the winner.
Not only that, but the new “Checkered Future” IPAs are only $2 all day to celebrate the new release.
You may come by the brewery and restaurant to enjoy a nice meal with your new beer as they offer a great selection of eats including delicious appetizers, burgers, brick oven pizza, and a variety of sandwiches. If you come by the brewery, make sure to try their incredibly tasty jerk chicken sandwich – which is a local’s favorite.
The evening at Ska Brewing will include live music by local artist, Rob Webster, as he lay Americana, Rock, and Acoustic music from 5-7 PM.
If you live close to town, you can conveniently ride your bike to and from the brewery with the bike/river pathway (as we would not want anyone to have too much to drink and drive).
